Conner Patrick Real Estate is a husband-and-wife real estate team helping people move in, out of, and around Placer County.

Founded by Chrissy Conner and Jon Patrick in 2015, Conner Patrick Real Estate brings 275+ career transactions and deep experience across Roseville, Rocklin, Loomis, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Auburn, and the surrounding Placer County communities.

We built our business around a simple idea: our clients deserve experienced representation, honest advice, strong negotiation, and agents who remain fully engaged from the first conversation through closing.

Both ranked among the top 1.5% of real estate agents nationally, Chrissy and Jon represent buyers and sellers through every stage of homeownership—from first homes and move-up moves to luxury and acreage properties, relocation, investment real estate, downsizing, and everything in between.

Chrissy has been licensed since 2005 and is Placer County's only Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE), bringing additional training and expertise when a transaction requires an added level of strategy, discretion, or coordination.

Jon is a Marine Corps combat veteran, experienced real estate professional, and property owner who brings discipline, straightforward communication, and a solutions-focused approach to every client and transaction.

Together, we combine decades of experience, deep local knowledge, and two different perspectives to help our clients make smart real estate decisions—while making the process as straightforward as possible.
